ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

GENERAL GUIDELINES
  • Conference organizers request that you select a conference track or tracks (up to 2) in which this submission is most likely to fall. Final track determinations will be made during the review process.
  • All abstracts are submitted individually.
  • Multiple submitters may work together to propose an entire session (3-4 abstracts per session). If you are submitting an abstract as part of a proposed session, please specify the session title when prompted to do so. It is up to individual submitters to work together to identify a common session title.
  • Multiple abstract authors can be entered into the author field, though there is only one presenter per abstract.
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Use numerals to indicate numbers, except at the beginning of a sentence.
  • Use text only; do not use italics, diagrams, boxes, borders, tables, or other graphics.
  • Use active voice.
  • It is suggested that you prepare your abstract in a desktop text editor and cut and paste it into the on-line form.
  • Two abstract formats are available. When prompted, please specify which format you have selected.
  • According to the selected format, please include the section names in your abstract submission:
    1. Background/Objectives or Background
    2. Methods or Issue
    3. Results
    4. Conclusions/Implications or Lessons Learned
  • Spell out all abbreviations and acronyms for the first reference in the text.

LENGTH
  • Abstract titles cannot be longer than 100 characters (about 15 words).
  • Abstracts cannot be longer than 1,750 characters (about 275 words).
