The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel has been selected as the host hotel for this meeting. A block of rooms has been reserved for October 25-28, 2009 at a rate of $141.00 per night, plus tax (single/double). The group rate will be available until October 7, 2009, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.

A deposit equal to one night's room and tax is required to hold each guest's reservation. Such a deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated. Upon check-in the amount shall be applied to the guest folio of the reserved stay. These deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice is received by the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel at least 72 hours prior to the arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged two weeks prior to arrival.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) is the rail system that can be utilized from the airport to the Downtown Atlanta area and the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel. The fare is $1.75 each way. The MARTA runs from 5am until 1am. From the airport, travel northbound to the Peachtree Center Station, stop #N1. Once you exit your train, you want to proceed to the escalators on the north end of the train station (traveling northbound from the airport, exit the train to the right). Once through the exit gates, go to the long escalator to your right. Follow to the street level. Once on the street level, go left toward the Hard Rock Café. Turn left at the Hard Rock Café. This will be Andrew Young International Boulevard. Walk 2 blocks and we will be on the right at the intersection of Andrew Young International Boulevard and Courtland Street. www.itsmarta.com
The Atlanta Link Airport Shuttle, which departs the airport at Ground Transportation every 15-20 minutes, is $16.50 one way and $29.00 round trip. The Shuttle stops at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel at :25 minutes and :55 minutes each hour (i.e. 12:25 & 12:55). Trips to the Airport before 6am and after 5pm do require advance reservations. Allow at least 25minutes travel time on the shuttle. The Service is available from 6:00am to 11:00pm at the airport. www.theatlantalink.com.
Taxi Cabs are available at a cost of $30 flat rate fee to the airport with an additional $2.00 per person. Taxis are always available at the airport and the hotel. For early morning travel, a Taxi or Chauffeured car is recommended.
Chauffeured car service is available. Costs vary, but are usually around $45-$80 dollars, depending on your needs. Please contact the concierge directly to book a Chauffeured car. 4 hours advance notice and a credit card is required to book a reservation.
Parking is available at a rate of $18 a day for self park, and $24 a day for valet. You can come and go as you please, your room key serves as your parking entry pass. The parking fee is added to your bill at the end of your stay.
