1.     What time does the meeting start and end?

 

Conference registration will begin at 7:30 A.M. on Thursday, June 26, 2008 and Friday, June 27, 2008. The meeting will end at 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 26, 2008 and will end at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, June 27, 2008.

 

2.     What important dates should I be aware of?

 

The deadline for abstract submissions is Friday, May 23, 2008.

All authors will be notified via email of abstract status on Friday, May 30, 2008.

 9.  What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?

The hotel's check-in time is 3:00PM.  Room assignments prior to that time are on a "space availability" basis only.  The hotel's checkout time is 11:00 AM.  Any attendees staying in their rooms beyond check-out time without Hyatt Regency's authorization will be charged for an additional room night at the best available rate.  Late checkout is provided based on availability through authorization from our Front Desk.

10.  What is the reservation cut-off date for hotel accommodations?

The reservation cut-off date for hotel accommodations is Monday, June 9, 2008.

12.  When is the registration deadline?
On-Time registration must be completed by June 10, 2008 to receive the rates listed above.  Registration anytime between June 10th through 27th will be considered Late Registration.

14.  What transportation services are available when I arrive at the airport?

 

Hyatt Regency Denver is accessible from Denver International Airport via several modes of transportation:

 

Super Shuttle:

·   $19.00 per person

·   Shuttles depart every 15 minutes between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to Midnight

·   Shuttle ticket counters are located on Terminal Level 5, across from rental car agencies

·   Reservations are not required between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

·   Shuttle arrives at the Hyatt Regency Denver for pick-up every 15 minutes

·   Super Shuttle features blue vans with SUPER SHUTTLE printed on the side

Car Service:

·   Yellow Cab Taxi - Approximate cost is $47 one way

·   Limo Service - Approximate cost is $60.00 –$120.00

15.  What meals/breaks are included at the conference?

 

Continental breakfast, am/pm breaks and lunch is included.

 

16.  What should I wear to the conference?

 

Business casual is requested and please note that the meeting room temperatures are difficult to control, so please bring an extra layer of clothing with you.

 

17.  What will the weather be like while I'm in Denver?

 

June in Denver is characterized by dry heat.  Temperatures do not usually reach scorching and average in the very comfortable 70s to 80s.
