There will be an evening poster session and reception the evening of Thursday, January 15, 2009 beginning at 6:00 PM and will end at 9:00 PM. Poster set-up may begin after 1:00pm in the Salons F&G. Poster removal will need to occur at the end of the session at 9:00pm.
The size of your poster can be as large as 4 feet high and 8 feet wide
