Electronic collection of meeting materials

As has been the case with previous PSI workshops, electronic versions of the presentations from the oral program will be collected and distributed to meeting participants on a CD and/or over the world wide web very shortly after the meeting. The intention of this is to enhance communication and amplify the impact of exchanges at the workshop. The workshop organizers recognize that in some cases presenters may be reluctant to include some very new and/or unpublished material in this electronic record of their presentation. Where this is the case presenters are encouraged to redact such materials rather than allow these considerations to dampen the face-to-face exchange during the meeting. This collection of materials will be expanded this year to include electronic versions of posters at the option of presenters who are prepared to provide them.
