Level 3 Activities Expo:
Many of our state and territorial partners have designed various level 3 training and implementation materials. These innovative and commendable products range from fact sheets and brochures, to collection kits and computer-based training programs. Please make arrangements to bring examples of any and all of these these materials that your CT staff have helped to create to ERCLC. A small "booth" will be available to each partner laboratory to display (and show off) their outstanding Level 3 Activities: States' Innovations Expo Hall. You will NOT need to have someone staff your exhibit the entire week. Designated times will be set aside throughout the week for conference attendees to interact with state representatives about their displayed level 3 materials.
Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities:
Vendors interested in exhibiting in the ERCLC expo hall or sponsoring a break/reception/lunch & learn should contact us at CDCChemLab@team-psa.com.
Attire: Business or business casual will be appropriate. You may want to bring a light jacket or sweater to sessions as the temperature in meeting rooms and hotel public spaces is often difficult to control.
Hotel Reservations: If you are flying in to Atlanta, please be sure to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. In order to secure the group rate you must make your reservation before 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) on Wednesday, February 21, 2007. Please note that room availability is currently limited so you may not be able to secure a room at the hotel after that date, even at a higher rate. Click here to make your hotel reservation now.
