Reservations
teamPSA has reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Midtown Atlanta at Colony Square for the nights of March 11-17, 2007, at the prevailing Federal Government Per Diem (currently $124.00 per night plus taxes - now 15%), per person. Participants must contact the hotel at the above number before 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 in order to make reservations at this group rate.
All guest rooms must be guaranteed by credit card or cash payment of the first night's room and tax unless pre-arrangements are made with the Hotel's credit department.
Cancellation Policy: the Sheraton Midtown Atlanta at Colony Square requires that if you must cancel your reservation, you should do so no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date or the first night's room and tax deposit will not be returned.
Early Departure Policy: the Sheraton Midtown Atlanta at Colony Square requires that you advise the hotel staff, upon check-in at the hotel, if you plan to leave prior to your reserved check-out date to avoid a $75.00 early departure charge.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Room assignments prior to this time are subject to availability. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If any room is vacated after this time you will be charged a late charge, unless prior arrangements are made with Hotel's management.
