  3. How do I register for the Congress?
    Online: On the conference website, http://www.team-psa.com/dot/2008/nlc2008/ Fax: Obtain a registration form by contacting Amy Schraeder at (800) 383-1480 or email aschraeder@hrmgroup.net and submit it to Amy Schraeder, Fax: (703) 234-1701.
  4. When is the registration deadline?
    Congress registration deadline is September 19, 2008 in order to be included in the attendee list. Congress registration deadline is October 1, 2008. Onsite registrations will be accepted with credit card payment only.
  5. How much is the registration fee?
    Registration for the 3rd National Learning Congress is $500.00 per person.
    Registration for the Hospital/CEO Leadership track/Medal of Honor Event ONLY is $100 per person.
  6. Who should I make the check out to?
    We will accept checks through October 10, 2008.  Checks should be payable to Organ Donation & Transplantation Alliance and mailed, along with your registration confirmation, to 401 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123
  7. What credit cards can I use to pay the registration?
    Registration can be paid using the following methods:  American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
  8. What should I wear to the conference?
    Business casual is requested and please note that the meeting room temperatures are difficult to control, so please bring an extra layer of clothing with you.
  9. What meals/breaks are included?
    Continental breakfast, am/pm breaks and lunch is included. Dinner will be served at the Medal of Honor Event on October 24th, 2008.
  10. What are the hotel rates?
    Single occupancy: $199.00
    Double occupancy: $199.00

    A $10 Resort Fee is automatically added to the room rate; includes complimentary local and 800 calls for the first 20 minutes, in room high-speed internet, newspaper, designated complimentary in-room beverages, as well as local shuttle service and fitness center access.

    All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 14.25%.
  11. When is the deadline to reserve a room?
    The deadline to reserve your hotel room is September 29, 2008 in order to get the conference rate. The discounted rate cannot be guaranteed after the deadline has passed. Please make your reservations as soon as possible.
  12. Is there any specific information I need to make my hotel reservation?
    Hotel reservations can be done online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/dotnlc. Reservations can also be done through fax or over the phone.

  13. What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?
    Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
  14. What transportation services are available when I arrive at the airport?
    There are shuttle and taxi services available. There is a super shuttle service that is available for transport to and from the airport for an average rate of $35.00. The average taxi ride from the airport to the hotel is about $23.00. The Gaylord Opryland concierge is available to call for guest taxi service at any time.
