In reserving a room, please request to be in the Delta or Magnolia sections of the hotel, which is closest to the meeting space. If reservations are being made online, you may enter this request into the Special Requests box on the Guest Information page.

Highlights include a 44-foot waterfall, fountain shows, and tours aboard our Delta Flatboats - right inside the hotel. To preserve the pristine condition of its resort, Gaylord Opryland is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, and public spaces. There are shuttle and taxi services available. There is a super shuttle service that is available for transport to and from the airport for an average rate of $35.00. The average taxi ride from the airport to the hotel is about $23.00. The Gaylord Opryland concierge is available to call for guest taxi service at any time.
