The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, Division of Transplantation would like to invite you to register for the 4th National Learning Congress at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, October 23-24, 2008.
Before you register please take note that there are three learning session tracks being offered to attendees at this year's meeting.
The tracks are as follows:
Participants will be able to choose which track they are interested in attending at the time of registration.
There is a registration fee of $500.00 for the Congress, which includes the Medal of Honor Gala on Friday, October 24, 2008.
If a participant ONLY wants to attend the Medal of Honor Event, the registration fee is $100.00.
You will be asked to provide payment to the Organ Donation and Transplantation Alliance via credit card or check during the registration process.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received by HRM Group at aschraeder@hrmgroup.net. All cancellations will be assessed a $30 reservation and processing fee to be collected by the Organ Donation and Transplantation Alliance. Cancellations must be made by Friday, October 10, 2008.
