ABIH - Certification Maintenance Points (CM Points)
- The 2008 NIOSH Direct Reading Exposure Assessment Methods has been approved for certification maintenance (CM) points by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH)
- 2.0 IH CM points have been awarded for attendance of the full symposium.
- For a record of attendance, ABIH requires one of the following: a certificate of completion, a registration receipt, a hotel bill, or an approved expense report

BCSP - Continuance of Certification (COCs)
- AIHA (a Workshop Co-sponsor) is authorized by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) to issue continuance of certification (COC) points in conjunction with the CSP certification.
- 0.9 COC have been awarded for attendance of the full symposium.

IACET - Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
- AIHA (an Workshop Co-sponsor) has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET)
- AIHA is authorized by IACET to offer 0.9 CEU to participants attending the full symposium

Additional Information:
- Full attendance and participation in activities and sessions is required to earn CEU, COC and CM points.
- While, AIHA will maintain attendance records, it is the responsibility of the registrant to retain all documentation, including certificates and registration receipts, for future reference and/or certification audits
- All participants will be issued a certificate of completion, post symposium. An administrative fee of $35.00 USD will be charged for each replacement certificate or letter of attendance.
