Cancellation of Meeting Registration
Cancellations must be in writing by Friday, October 31, 2008, and will be refunded less $15.00 an administrative fee. Check refunds will be issued 45-60 days after the conference. Credit card refunds are issued at the time of cancellation. After October 31st, no refund requests will be processed.
If you need to cancel your registration after October 31st due to extenuating and exceptional circumstances, and feel you should be considered for a refund, please send a letter by fax or email, which explains in detail your reason for canceling. Please forward your request to LaKeyshia Alexander at l_alexander@team-psa.com or fax to 404.633.6477 for careful consideration after the conference has ended. Regardless of the outcome, you will be contacted.
