The Direct Service Tribes (DST) Advisory Committee invites you to attend the DST Fourth
National Meeting. This event will convene Tribal leaders, healthcare administrators and
healthcare providers from across the nation to discuss the health related issues and
concerns of Tribes who receive their health care directly from the Indian Health Service.
This meeting will provide education and information to assist in the elevation of health
status of DST to a level comparable with the rest of the United States. This year's
meeting will focus on youth, health promotion/disease prevention and behavioral health
issues. An innovative group process concept that is new to this meeting - "Open Space
Technology" - will be in use.

(866-837-4182 or 303-758-7000). A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for lodging.
To receive the group rate of $109.00 + 14.85% tax (single/double occupancy) per night, you
must identify yourself as participating in the IHS Direct Service Tribes Meeting event. The
group rate and room block runs from June 25-28, 2007. The deadline to make room reservations
is June 9, 2007. After this date, reservations will be made on a space- and rate-available
basis. All reservations must have a credit card guarantee or first night's deposit.

All attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. If you are flying
into Denver International Airport, there are a number of modes of ground transportation.
Taxis are located at Island 1, doors 505, 507, 510, 512. Super Shuttle is also available.
