The Direct Service Tribes (DST) Advisory Committee invites you to attend the DST Sixth Annual National Meeting on August 18 - 20, 2009 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Tribal leaders, healthcare administrators, healthcare providers and Federal officials from across Indian Country will convene to discuss critical issues involving today's Indian health system.
This two and a half day meeting focuses on today's Indian health system including healthcare reform; communication with Agency and Tribal Officials; and important updates on Stimulus Funding, Environmental Health and Information Technology. Breakout sessions will also be held on important topics including methamphetamine abuse and suicide, elder health and traditional medicine.
