To receive the group rate, you must identify yourself as participating in the IHS Direct Service Tribes Meeting event. The group rate and room block runs from August 14-23, 2009.
Single Occupancy: $83.00 + 13.875% tax per night
Double Occupancy: $113.00 + 13.875% tax per night
The deadline to make room reservations is July 30, 2009. After this date, reservations will be made on a space- and rate-available basis. All reservations must have a credit card guarantee or first night's deposit.
Parking
Self parking is available at the hotel for $10 per day. Valet Parking is also available for $20. These parking rates apply to local and overnight guests.
Travel Arrangements
All attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. If you are flying into Will Rogers World Airport, there are a number of modes of ground transportation.
Taxis are located at the Transportation Plaza accessed from the baggage claim (lower) level. Rates are posted inside the taxis or passengers can obtain rate information from the cab driver. Average fare from the airport to downtown is $20.00.
Public vans are on site to meet all scheduled flights and transport incoming passengers. To arrange for pickup from home, business or hotel, reservations must be made prior to departure. Information on rates and reservations can be obtained by calling each company directly. The average fare from the airport to downtown is $17.00.
