Hotel Information
The Renaissance Seattle hotel been selected as the host hotel for this meeting. To reserve a room, please call the Renaissance at (206) 583-0300, and refer to the HEHP Conference to secure the group rate. You may also access the group rate through the online reservations system at www.marriot.com/seasm. When using the online reservations system please make sure to enter CDCCDCA under the group code option.
A block of rooms have been reserved for June 5 - 10, 2007 at a rate of $155.00 (single/double occupancy) per night, plus tax. Reservations must be made no later than Friday, May 11, 2007 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please ensure that you do so 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations received after this date will be charged one night's room tax as cancellation fee. Check-in time for the hotel is 3:00 pm, and the check-out time is 12:00 Noon. All rooms are non-smoking.
Parking fees for the hotel are $23.00 fee for self parking, and $25.00 fee for valet parking.
NOTE to CDC Employees: This rate has been approved for reimbursement by CDC.
*NOTE: The group rate at the hotel is sold out for the nights of the 5th and 6th of June. The current rate available is $170 per night.

The following are the options for ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel.
Taxi Service
Cab fare from the Airport to the Renaissance Hotel is estimated at $35.00 one way (metered rate). STITA taxis accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. No phone call needed.

The Renaissance Seattle Hotel is the first dropoff from the Airport and the first pickup to the Airport. As a result, please note that the travel time from the Airport is approximately 1/2 hour, but to the Airport it is approximately one hour. Please plan accordingly.

Driving Directions
Take state road WA-518 E for 2.8 miles.
Merge onto I-5 N via the exit on the LEFT toward SEATTLE for 9.8 miles.
Take EXIT 164A (labeled DEARBORN ST. /JAMES ST. /MADISON ST.)
Take the exit on the LEFT toward MADISON ST / CONVENTION CENTER / VANCOUVER BC.
Take the MADISON ST. exit, and stay STRAIGHT to go onto 7th AVE.
Turn LEFT onto MADISON ST.
For self parking, enter the Hotel garage on the left immediately following 6th AVE.
For valet parking, continue on MADISON ST. to 5th AVE (passing the hotel) and turn left onto 5th AVE. Go one block and turn LEFT onto MARION ST. Go one block and turn LEFT onto 6th AVE to Hotel entrance (at corner of 6th AVE and MADISON ST.)
