We encourage you to register early in order to secure your attendance as registration for this conference is limited. The Early Bird Registration Fee is available until April 25, 2007. The regular pre-registration fee rate is available between April 26 and May 23. Attendees submitting registration forms AFTER May 23, 2007 must pay the late registration fees. No registration payments will be accepted by mail after May 23. Student and one-day registration are also available. Payment Method The accepted forms of payment for this conference are checks, purchase orders, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Diners Club. Check and purchase order payments must be mailed in to the address below with a copy of your online registration confirmation email including your ID number. Cancellation Policy: The registration fee is refundable less a $50.00 processing fee for all attendees except for students; the student processing fee is $35.00.
