This Partnership Network meeting will address and showcase programs and issues related to culturally competent diabetes education efforts. We anticipate a large audience in response to this contemporary and significant theme.
The NDEP Partnership Network meeting will address the following tracks:

This conference will offer several networking opportunities with community leaders, diabetes advocates, community health workers, diabetes educators, health care providers, and state Diabetes Prevention and Control Programs coordinators, CDC and National Institutes of Health staff, among others. We are also will feature an Exhibitor's Hall for companies that offer diabetes related products that may be of interest to the conference participants.
The National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP) is a federally sponsored initiative that involves public and private partners to improve the treatment and outcomes for people with diabetes, to promote early diagnosis, and ultimately, to prevent the onset of diabetes.
