The National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP) is proud to launch its tenth anniversary by announcing their 2007 Partnership Network Meeting, entitled, "Working Together: NDEP Celebrates a Decade of Partnership." This event will take place on February 27, 2007 at the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Decatur, Georgia.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' National Diabetes Education Program is jointly sponsored by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases of the National Institutes of Health and the Division of Diabetes Translation of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with the support of over 200 private and public partner organizations.
Conference Objective
To bring together public and private organizations at the national, state and community level to partner with the NDEP to change the way diabetes is treated by promoting diabetes prevention and control.
Meeting Goals
- Facilitate the creation of new NDEP partnerships and strengthen existing collaborations through networking.
- Provide a platform to share innovative uses of NDEP products and successful implementation of NDEP programs.
