Each participant is solely responsible for canceling their hotel registration in they event they cannot attend the meeting. If you do not cancel your hotel reservation, your credit card will be charged accordingly.

A block of rooms has been reserved from February 24-March 2, 2007 at a rate of $124.00 per night, plus 14% tax (single and double). The Annual Diabetes Prevention & Control Program (DPCP) Program Directors Meeting will begin Wednesday, February 28 and end Friday, March 2 at the Holiday Inn Conference Center; please make your hotel arrangements accordingly. Transportation
Driving Directions: Take I-85 North to Exit 91 (Clairemont Avenue). Go East on Clairemont Avenue approximately 5.5 miles. The hotel is in Downtown Decatur, on the right.
Railway: Atlanta's MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) provides service from the airport to the downtown Decatur. The airport MARTA station is located near baggage claim, and the cost is $1.75 one-way. From the Airport [S7] Station, board the Northbound train to the Five Points station, exit there then transfer to the Eastbound train. Once you are going east, exit at the Decatur [E6] station. The hotel is approximately 2 to 3 blocks away; you may also call the hotel to be picked up by the hotel's complimentary shuttle service. Time by train, 40 minutes.
Taxi Service: Cab fare from the airport to the Holiday Inn Conference Center is approximately $48.00 each way. You may get a taxi at the ground transportation section of the airport. Time by taxi, 20 minutes.
