Hotel Reservation:

HRSA has reserved a block of rooms for grantees at the Hilton Rockville at the 2009 prevailing government per diem rate plus 13% tax. You must make your own lodging reservations directly with the hotel no later than October 10, 2008. After this date the conference rate cannot be guaranteed. It is best to make reservations as early as possible to assure receiving appropriate accommodations. When making your reservation by phone, ask for the: HRSA Ryan White Data Report (Group Code: RYA).

Travel Arrangements:

You must make your own travel arrangements. We recommend making them as soon as possible to take advantage of the lowest possible airfares.

Ground Transportation:

The Hilton Rockville is about 20 miles from downtown Washington DC, 45 miles from BWI airport and 28 miles from Regan Washington National Airport (DCA). It is also adjacent to Twinbrook Metro Station, for easy access throughout the DC area.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your lodging reservation, please notify the Hilton Rockville directly at least 72-hours prior to the expected arrival. To avoid an early checkout fee, you must notify the hotel of any changes in your planned length of stay at, or before, check-in.
