Hotel Reservation:

HRSA has reserved a block of rooms for grantees at the Chaparral Suites Resort at the government per diem rate of $122.00 for a single and double occupancy then $20 for an additional person plus 11.92% tax. You must make your own lodging reservations directly with the hotel no later then November 7, 2008. After this date the conference rate of $122.00 per night cannot be guaranteed. It is best to make reservations as early as possible to assure receiving appropriate accommodations. When making your reservation by phone, please mention the group code: Ryan White Data Report Training.

Travel Arrangements:

You must make your own travel arrangements. We recommend making them as soon as possible to take advantage of the lowest possible airfares.

Ground Transportation:

The Chaparral Suites Resort is about 10 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The Chaparral Suites Resort is accessible via shuttle, taxi and complimentary shuttle. To utilize the complimentary shuttle, please use the hotel phones located next to the baggage claim. Travel times vary depending upon the time of day and traffic volume.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your lodging reservation, please notify the Chaparral Suites Resort directly at least 48-hours prior to the expected arrival. To avoid an early checkout fee, you must notify the hotel of any changes in your planned length of stay at, or before, check-in.
