A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the meeting at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. Make your room reservation directly with the Marriott Wardman Park at the numbers or website link above. The link will direct you to the hotel property's home page with our group code (hrshrsa) already entered in the appropriate field. All you will need to do is enter your arrival date to begin the reservation process.
Please identify yourself with the 2009 Workforce Summit by providing our group code: hrshrsa. This will guarantee you the group rate of $165.00 per night for single and double rooms, $195.00 per night for triple, and $225.00 for quads. Hotel rates do not include 14.5-percent tax. Check-in is 3:00 p.m.; check-out is 12:00 noon. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. If you are in need of special accommodations, please notify the hotel when you are booking your room.
All room reservations at the Marriott Wardman Park must be made NO LATER THAN Wednesday, July 15th, 2009 At that time the block of rooms will be closed and the discounted rate cannot be guaranteed. Please make your reservations early as space may be filled quickly.
| Reminder: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room guarantee with a major credit card. Should a guest desire to cancel a reservation, they have seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival to do so without being charged one (1) night's room and tax. A cancellation number must be obtained. Please confirm this policy with the hotel upon making your reservations. Reservations MUST BE MADE by Wednesday, July 15th, 2009 to guarantee the reduced rate. |
The Marriott Wardman Park offers on-site parking for $17.00 per hour or $32.00 per day as well as valet parking for $37.00 per day.
